Shakhtar and Zenit produce four-goal draw

On Wednesday in Donetsk within the context of the 3^rd round of Group stage of Champions League Shakhtar hosted Zenit from St.Petersburg.

The match that collected a full house ended in a draw.

Zenit gained the right to take of a penalty kick at the beginning of the first half already, but Roman Shirokov could not beat the goalkeeper of Donetsk Olexandr Rybka. The home team due to Willian’s efforts leaded but Shirokov regained  equality soon. Just before the whistle for half time Adriano  pulled Shakhtar ahead again. In the second half, Zenit has managed to escape the defeat after a precise strike of Victor Faizulin.
