On Saturday - exactly two weeks before the Russian championship continues - the White-Blues played a friendly match against the most interesting competitor of this winter - Shakhtar Donetsk. Currently Ukrainian club is the only representative of former USSR playing in UEFA Champions League, it also leads 13 points against the next club in the national championship table.
While Shakhtar presented all the best players against the Moscow club, Dan Petrescu had to replace injured Jantsher and Lomic and as a result Granat played at the left wing while center was occupied by Fernandes and Epureanu. Nonetheless Dynamo managed to beat the opponent in twi-edged fight.
