Tikhonov is back to Spartak coaching staff

Legendary Spartak midfielder Andrey Tikhonov is back to the club’s coaching staff. On May 29 he signed a new agreement with Spartak and became one of Valery Karpin’s assistant coaches. To remind Tikhonov worked in the coaching staff in 2011 and 2012. He had to leave when a new head coach Unai Emery came, then he worked at the Academy and was a head coach of Sparta (Schelkovo), the club’s official site says.
