Glushakov transferred to Spartak

FC Spartak and FC Lokomotiv agreed on a transfer of 26-year-old central midfielder of the Russian national football team Denis Glushakov who signed a contract with a new club.

Glushakov was born on 27 January 1987 in Millerov (Rostovskaya oblast). He started to play football in Nika Moscow (1999–2005), from 2005 he played 161 games and 23 balls for Lokomotiv. In 2006 Denis played in SKA (Rostov-on-Don) on loan and in 2007 he played for Zvezda (Irkutsk).

In 2008 Glushakov played 3 games for U-21 Russian national team. In 2011 he debuted for the Russian national team in a friendly game against Qatar and since then have played 19 games and scored 1 goal, participated in a final stage of Euro-2012, says Spartak official site.
