FC Lokomotiv and FC Rubin agreed on a transfer of a midfielder Dmitry Totbinsky. 29-year-old football player negotiated conditions of a contract with Kazan club.

Dmitry Torbinsky transferred to Lokomotiv in 2008. He played 115 games and scored 8 goals for the club.
