“Under the Flag of Kindness!” Event in Cherkizovo

Last Sunday an all-Russian charity event “Under the Flag of Kindness!” took place in Cherkizovo. A lot of famous Russian and foreign artists gathered on the main pitch of Lokomotiv Stadium.

The event was dedicated to the Children’s Day and Art-Football festival closing ceremony – World Championship among artists. The final games of the Championship took place at Lokomotiv Stadium, Romania team won the trophy. Romania beat the team of Israel on post-match kicks from penalty mark. Russian team won over Brazil in a fantastic match for the 3^rd place – 4:2.

After the sport programme of the festival was over a presentation match where  Russian politicians and show-business stars (Rosich-Starko) played against the best players and stars of the festival (Team of the World). In the match, which gathered such famous people as Ilya Averbukh, Victor Zinchuk, Arkadiy Dvorkovich, Toto Cutugno and others, Rosich-Starko team won – 7:4.

Within the frames of the event the representatives of the fund and the teams handed to the parents of the children, which need an expensive medical treatment, certificates for payment, as FC Lokomotiv official website informs.
