The first newcomer of Dynamo in the current pre-season was defender Stanislav Manolev (Bulgary). Then Alexander Büttner (Netherlands) will officially become Dynamo defender, his contract has been agreed upon. Now only some technical details remain to be settled, as the website of the club informs.
28-year old Manolev started his football career in Pirin from Blagoevgrad, from which he moved to Litex, with which he won two Cups of Bulgaria over several seasons and was getting regular invitations to the National Team.
In 2009 Bulgarian player signed many years contract with PSV, for which he played for several years together with Dzsudzsák Balázs, won the Cup of the Netherlands in 2012, after which went to Fulham London on a loan. In England the player was not able to get a stable position.
After transfer to Kuban Krasnodar as a free agent, Stanislav Manolev had his first show in the Russian Football Premier League in the match again Dynamo Moscow (1:1) and his first goal in Russia was scored to Krylia Sovetov Samara.
In June 2014 as a free agent he moved to Dynamo Moscow. Manolev will be wearing No 23 when playing for white-and-light blue team.
Manolev is a triple threat capable of playing at both wings of defense and midfield line, if necessary. The main position of Stanislav – right defender.
- Dynamo is a top club, so I did not think much when I got the proposal, - Manolev says – By the way, the match against Dynamo was the first show match in Russia for me. In Krasnodar we played in a draw. I have already spoken to the Head Coach Stanislav Cherchesov, I know what they are waiting from me and I will do my best in order to help Dynamo to reach its aims. I am ready to play at any positions, though I am more used to the right wing – defense or midfield line.
25-year old Büttner is a trainee of the Dutch Ajax and Vitesse – he started his professional career in the latter, having played for the team from Arnhem more than 100 matches.
In summer 2012 Alexander was very close to transfer to Southampton, but in august the young defender signed the contract for the period of 5 years with Manchester United. In the first show match against Wigan the Dutch player scored a goal and made an assist. In total Alexander played for this club in different tournaments 28 matches and scored 2 goals during the next two seasons.
Büttner was invited to the youth and U-21 teams of the Netherlands and was even included into the extended preliminary players list of Bert van Marwijk for EURO-2012, but when Louis van Gaal came to the National team, he was left out of it. And when this Dutch coach came to Manchester, he decided to leave this club. Alexander Büttner is able to play on the left both in defense and in the midfield. He has a high speed and good attacking skills. He will be wearing No 3 playing for Dynamo.
- I want to play in UEFA Champions League and to win trophies, - says Büttner. – Dynamo is gathering a very strong team, I am sure we shall be able to compete for the first place already in the current season. I know Dzsudzsák and Duglas from the Dutch Championship and I know that the team has a lot of masters, we ought to succeed together. I am for the first time in Moscow, and during this first period I will need my family close to me, so I would be able to adapt more easy. My family arrived with me, yesterday we drove around Moscow, had dinner at a restaurant - the impressions are excellent. Perfect conditions for work at the training base: formidable swimming pool, gym, excellent pitches. I am happy to have found myself in Dynamo!
Both defenders have already joined the team and will spend both Dynamo training camps in Austria.

We shall continue our tradition and will arrange presentation of our new players to the media.
