On 28 June the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of Perm Region Pavel Lyakh met FC Amkar.
The top official, recently included into Amkar Board of Directors, met the new head coach of Slavoljub Muslin, and spoke to the players, departing on Monday for the four week training camp, as the website of the club informs.
Lyakh expressed his hope and expectation that the skills and experience of working in Russia of Slavojub Muslin will help Amkar not only to keep the gained positions, but also to make a step ahead. He also assured the coach and players that both Governor and Government of Perm Region will do their best in order to support the club underlining their special interest in the development of Perm football. Perm got the status of the Team Training Base for 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and soon they will start to build a new football indoor hall in Perm.
The Sports Minister of Perm Region on behalf of the Governor of the region Victor Basargin and the Government of the region wished to the players a good preparation for the coming season and informed that the matters of the team financing are under constant control of the regional authorities.
