FC Kuban players came to their second pre-season training camp, which the team will have in Austrian Villach. On the morning of 2 July the players gathered at the club base and went to the airport after breakfast.
The flight of the yellow-and-green charter Krasnodar – Klagenfurt took a little bit more than 3 hours, half an hour more was spent by the team in the bus, which brought them to their final destination – hotel Karavankenhof, as the website of the club informs.
Kuban went to Austria almost with full squad, with the exception of Ibrahima Balde, recovering after injury, Marcos Urena, playing at 2014 FIFA World Cup, and Mohammed Rabiu, who got a week-off after playing at 2014 FIFA World Cup. Besides the new arrivals of the club went to the training camp with yellow-and-green team: Danilo and Evgeny Pomazan, and a young goalkeeper Vladislav Shevchenko. After Pomazan came to the club, the goalkeepers group consists mostly of the club Reserve trainees.
Kuban will be training twice a day with the exception of the matchdays: 6 July, the team will play against one of the Croatian championship teams, 12 July – against Metallist Kharkiv.
