Axel Witsel: I hoped that I would be able to play

Midfield of the blue-and-white-and-light-blue team Axel Witsel gave his comments on the UEFA decision not to reduce his suspension for being sent off in the match against AEL, as the website of the club informs.

— I hoped that I would be able to play in front of incredible fans of Standard, - as the player wrote in his Twitter. – But this is the decision. And I respect  it.
