Roman Emelyanov is in Ural on a loan from Shakhter

Another new arrival of Ural is 22-year old midfield of U-21 team of Russia Roman Emelyanov. The player is loaned from Shakhter Donetsk. The agreement is concluded till the end of the season. Ural also has the priority right in purchasing the player. Ural registered Emelyanov for participation in the Russian Football Championship under No 5.

Roman Emelyanov came to football in Sport School of his native town Pavlovo of Nizhny Novgorod Region. At the end of 2006 he was invited to Yury Konoplev Football Academy and since 2008 Emelyanov started to play for FC Togliatti in the second division of the Russian Championship, having played 23 matches for the period of 2 years.

In March  2009 Roman Emelyanov as the most talented graduate of Yury Konoplev Academy went for the two week practice in Chelsea (London) coached by Guus Hiddink at that time.

In January 2010 Roman Emelyanov concluded a contract with Shakhter Donetsk. Emelyanov had trainings with reserve and U-21 squad of Shakhter and went on a loan to Zarya Lugansk in August. In this team Emelyanov had his debut on 12 September 2010. In total Emelyanov played 14 matches for the team from Lugansk in that season. And on 21 August 2011 Emelyanov played his first official match in Shakhter main squad shirt – against Ilyichevets from Mariupol. Soon talented midfield was loaned by FC Rostov.

In season 2011/12 Emelyanov played 14 matches for Rostov in Premier League, also he took part in two play-off promotion\relegation matches having played 90 minutes in each game. Next club of Emelyanov was Ilyichevets from Mariupol, for which he played a season and a half (16 matches). The spring stage of the last season the young Russian midfield spent in FC Rostov shirt, having played 7 matches for the team from the Don banks.
