Rostov player Ivan Novoseltsev told to the club website why he accepted the proposal of the team.
- An option to continue my career in Rostov appeared quite recently. I learned that head coach Kurban Berdyev was interested in me and wanted to see me in his team. This specialist is very professional, I hope that I will be able to grow and progress under his guidance more effectively. I will try to get to the other level of the game.
- Players of Moscow clubs do not often transfer to regional teams.
- I did not think about this at all. I have never been to Rostov-on-Don before, but I heard that this is a very good town. Soon I will have a chance to get better acquainted with it.
- Tell about yourself a little bit.
- I was born in Moscow. At the age of 3 I got a ball and since that time I fell in love with football. When I got a little bit older I went to Sokol Youth Academy, then spent several years in Lokomotiv School, but at the end I graduated from Sports School in Khimki. There I also signed a contract with Khimki club, which played in the first division at that time. Then I went on a loan to Istra from Moscow Region, which was playing in the second division, but soon I went to the tryout in Torpedo. It was in 2012 and since that time I have been playing for Torpedo.
- Which position is the most preferable for you?
- I am ready to be fielded both in the defense center, as well as at wings. There is no principal difference for me where to play. The most important thing is to ve useful to the team.
