Sergey Sobyanin Visit Construction Site of Lev Yashin Dynamo Central Stadium

Lord Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin visited reconstruction site of Dynamo Stadium and inspected the situation there on 18 March.  The Mayor said that a new sports cluster is being created on the territory of Petrovskiy Park, and VTB Arena – Lev Yashin Dynamo Central Stadium will be the heart of it.

«Dynamo Stadium is a unique sports facility. Now not only a new sports cluster is being created, but the historical West Stand will be kept untouched, as well as bas-relieves, unique history of Dynamo Stadium. Besides Dynamo Stadium a new Sports Academy is planned to be built here, top-class sport park, so I hope that this place will become a unique one, and the favourite one for Moscowites to go in for sport. I want to thank you for your commitment to continue this investment project, we discussed several years ago, in spite of difficult time, and a large-scale construction is under way”. – said Mr.Sobyanin.
