Half a million at Otkrytie Arena

More than 500 000 spectators have attended Spartak matches in ROSGOSSTRAKH Russian Football Championship since beginning of the season.

The game on Sunday between Spartak and Zenit, as it had been expected, raised the highest interest for spectators in ROSGOSSTRAKH Russian Football Championship MD 23: 43 333 spectators came to Otkrytie Arena.

So the game of the Red-whites became the most attended in the MD for the 15^th time. Besides, after this game the total number of spectators who had come to support Spartak at the stadium in the current season crossed half a million!

The Red-whites are still leading in the RFPL popularity ranking. In total 539 829 spectators watched their matches from the stadium stands. Twelve home matches were attended by 374 909 spectators, and eleven away matches had an audience of 164 920 fans.

Zenit games are on the second position in this ranking. They gathered 403 906 spectators in total. The Army team is on the third line, 355 196 fans came to watch their games. Krasnodar occupies the fourth position – 330 904 spectators.
