Arsenal is successful in UEFA licensing

PFC Arsenal has passed the FUR licensing procedure for participating in competitions in season 2019-20.

Licensing includes five criteria: sports, infrastructure, staff and administrative, legal and financial. The club from Tula is the first one among RPL clubs to have the annual licensing of the FUR and UEFA without any shortfalls for the second year in a row.
