Mario Fernandes signs CSKA contract extension

CSKA Moscow and Mario Fernandes have extended their agreement until the end of the 2023/24 season. The Russian international's original deal had been due to expire in 2022.

Since moving to CSKA in 2012, Fernandes has become a three-time champion of Russia as well as winning one Russian Cup and two Russian Super Cups. He has already played 289 games for the Red-Blues, in which he scored six goals.
