Montpellier defender Ambroise Oyongo completed the move to FC Krasnodar on loan till the end of the current season, the Russian club confirmed.
Cameroon native started his career in Coton Sport in 2010, and four years later he moved to MLS, where played for New York Red Bulls for half of the year, and then represented Montreal Impact for three years. Oyongo made 73 appearances in the MLS Regular season and 13 appearances in the MLS Cup with scoring overall three goals. At the beginning of 2018, the Cameroonian went to Europe and signed with Montpellier, where spent 63 matches and scored three times in Ligue 1.
Oyongo is the 2017 African Cup of Nations winner with the national team. Later he entered the Confederations Cup roster but was out after knee injury with a week left before the start of the tournament in Russia.
