Rashid Rakhimov resigns from FC Ufa

FC Ufa directors have accepted the resignation of head coach Rashid Rakhimov. He leaves after 17 games in charge, with Ufa in the automatic relegation zone.

His short spell in charge was his sixth stint as an RPL head coach, after managing Lokomotiv Moscow in between two spells in charge of Amkar Perm, and then twice managing Akhmat Grozny. In total, he has taken charge of 299 RPL matches, winning 105 of them.
