After Yuri Semin's departure, Rostov have appointed Zaur Tedeev as acting head coach.
Tedeev has been working in the club's system since 2019. The season before last, he was appointed head coach of the Rostov youth team.
Under Tedeev's leadership, the Rostov youth team repeated the J-League record for number of consecutive wins (13) in the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons. A number of youth players trained by Tedeev are already playing with the senior squad; Danila Sukhomlinov, Andrey Langovich, Viktor Melekhin and Maksim Turishchev.
