Artem Rebrov takes playing career break to become technical coordinator

Spartak goalkeeper Artem Rebrov has moved to the position of technical coordinator. One of his functions is to help in communication between the team, the coaching staff and the management of the club.

Moscow-born Rebrov spent the last decade of his career at Spartak Moscow, where he played in the Champions League, Europa League, Russian Cup and Russian Premier Liga. He was crowned national champion in 2017, and also lifted the Russian Super Cup that year. Previously, he had spent six years on the books of Saturn Moscow, during which time he was loaned out to Tom Tomsk and Avangard Kursk.

In total he played 122 RPL matches, keeping 47 clean sheets.
