FC Krasnodar officially signed forward Fedor Smolov from Dynamo Moscow as free agent.
34-year-old player left the White-Blues, as his contract expired, and signed one-year deal with the Bulls. It’s second coming for Smolov to Krasnodar; he was the Black-Green since 2015 to 2018 and became all-time scorer in club’s history with 64 goals. As Krasnodar player Smolov won RPL scorers race in two straight seasons (2015/16, 2016/17).
Smolov also left Dynamo second time. Firstly, he had been belonging to the White-Blues since 2007 till 2015, after it Fedor moved to Krasnodar. Forward joined Dynamo back in 2022; he scored 15 goals in RPL for the team and got two league bronze medals.
Previously Krasnodar signed another free agent, it was goalkeeper Yury Dyupin, who also joined for one season.
