January 24 press conference of RFPL management dedicated to the start of the winter registration period took place in RFPL Headquaters.

Journalist questions were answered by RFPL President Sergey Pryadkin, sports director Igor Meschanchuk and security director Alexander Meytin. They talked about preparation for a spring stage of the second round of the SOGAZ-Russian Championship, the specifics of the upcoming transfer window, and also about preparation of stadiums for renewal of competition.

«I think all RFPL clubs will finish this season with dignity, - said Sergey Pryadkin. - At present it is forbidden to register new players to Tom and Volga. As for Amkar around which there is information about the arrest of accounts, we will discuss the situation at the club on Wednesday with its management. As for Tom, we are working on solving problems. Premier League will fulfil its obligations to all RFPL clubs.».

It was also announced that the second round of the calendar SOGAZ-Russian Championship shoul be approved by February 15. At the same time will be announced date and place of the Pirelli Cup of Russia final. According to Igor Meschanchuk, the likely start date of SOGAZ-Russian Championship 2012/13 season is July 15.

In addition, Igor Meschanchuk talked about increasing the limit on the squad of players during the winter registration period. «Originally it was 35 players on the list of 3a and 25 players on the list of 3c, - he said. - As some clubs have run out of  the limit on this lists, the RFU ExCo decided to enter 5 additional slots on each list. In total for the season at the club may be 40 players on the list of 3a and, 30 on the list 3c.».

Alexander Meytin informed about the changes that will affect the stadiums during certification.  «Mandatory video surveillance has been already conducted in arenas this season and next season will be introduced access control, which allows to control the occupancy rate stands and identify the audience for tickets. Tickets, in turn, will be sold on presentation of a passport,» - he said.
