Answer: Of course, this measure is not a panacea for all problems. But it is one of components of complex fans safety on football matches. This ticket system can partially solve the problems of crime prevention, the identification of delinquents, and, therefore, to personify the responsibility for violation of public order and speculation tickets. That no doubt will increase attendance by attracting new fans to the stands and the return of those who stopped going to games because of bullies.

Answer: The question is right and timely. Football authorities including RFU and RFPL Presidents Sergey Fursenko and Sergey Pryadkin repeatedly brought up the question of cancellation of beer sale ban at stadiums. It was also discussed at Vladimir Putin and fans recent meeting.

Sergey Babushechnikov: Is it true that tickets to football games will be sold with the passport? And whether is it necessary to enter this innovation? To take any stadium, especially on "fan" stands, probably 99% do not sit on their places, if, for example, someone breaks my chair, and i'm not involved, I will pay besides. So is it worth it to enter?

Answer: I have already talked about it, answering the first question. As to responsibility for the broken chair, of course, the particular culprit will be answerable. For the proof will be used the testimony of witnesses, the data from the surveillance cameras.

What additional security measures will be introduced in the new year at our stadiums? 

Answer: ACS (Access Control System) will be entered. It will allow to display in real-time the occupancy of the stands. Work on improving of the institute of the stewards used at football matches is conducted. Their training with the subsequent certification is planned. Later, after the acceptance of appropriate legislation, they shoul replace the police in a stadium bowl.

Answer: I agree with you. It is ashamed. We understand this and are trying to struggle against this occurrence. Unfortunately, to make the whole sector answerable is technically difficult. Although already this season, the police managed to make 1125 people answerable for disorderly conduct at stadiums. Among them are those who used insulting language. Also clubs suffered financial penalty. The package of measures which are described above contribute to the eradication of this negativity.

Answer: The rules of fans behavior with the list of items prohibited to carry through are posted at all stadiums.

Over the past few years, ticket prices have increased many times, what is it connected with? And whether change of the prices in a forthcoming season is planned? Thanks in advance.

Answer: It is the question to concrete clubs. They determine the pricing policy. According to the regulations of the Russian football Championship among RFPL clubs season 2011-2012, tickets for the sector of active fans (behind gates) for hosts and guests hould be sold at the same price category with regard to regional and other features.
