On 7 February 2013, ahead of continuation of SOGAZ-Russian Football Championship among the RFPL clubs 2012/2013, a regular meeting was held at the Main Administration of Russia’s MIA for Moscow. The meeting was attended by representatives of Moscow Police, Deputy Head of the RFPL Security Department Alexander Safonov and Security Officers of the clubs CSKA, Spartak-Moscow, Lokomotiv, Dynamo, Anji and Torpedo.

At the meeting issues of interaction between the Police and the Premier-League were discussed, the results were analyzed and the suggestions on further cooperation were expressed. Department of working with football fans was also stated to be formed on the basis of the 20th Criminal Investigation Department of Russia’s MIA for Moscow.
