Changes in the Championship regulatory documents were discussed at the RFPL

On 12 February 2013 representatives of the Premier-League clubs’ legal departments and members of the RFPL staff held a workshop in the House of Football at Taganka. In accordance with the decisions made at the RFPL General meetings on 20 November 2012 and 8 February 2013, proposals on developing a new formulation of p. 3 art. 19 of the FUR Disciplinary Regulations were considered. The new formulation should secure an opportunity to apply in practice such sanctions as playing an away match without audience. Proposals on making changes in the Rules of SOGAZ-Russian Football Championship 2012-2013 were also discussed.

Developed proposals were forwarded to the FUR Working group on proposals assessment and preparation of changed to the FUR regulations for consideration. The working group is expected to present harmonized proposals to the FUR President and the FUR Legal committee until 15 February.
