Shortlist of Russian U-21 National Team for Euro-2013

In accordance with UEFA requirements, the coaching staff of the Russian U-21 National Team shortlisted 23 football players who will participate in Euro-2013. The European Championship will take place from 5 to 18 June in Israel. 

 

Goalkeepers: Nikolay Zabolotny (Rostov, 1990), Stanislav Kritsyuk (Braga, Portugal, 1990), Aleksander Filtsov (Krasnodar, 1990).

Defenders: Maksim Belyaev (Rostov, 1991), Taras Burlak (Lokomotiv, 1990), Ivan Knyazev (Torpedo, 1992), Ibragim Tsallagov (Krulia Sovetov, 1990), Nikita Chicherin (Dynamo M, 1990), Georgy Schennikov (CSKA, 1991).

Midfielders: Shota Bibilov (Volga, 1990), Sergey Bryzgalov (Spartak M, 1992), Maksim Grigoriev (Lokomotiv, 1990), Alan Dzagoev (CSKA, 1990), Roman Emeliyanov (Ilichevets, Ukraine, 1992), Aleksander Zotov (Tom, 1990), Yury Kirillov (Dynamo, 1990), Sergey Petrov (Krasnodar, 1991), Denis Cheryshev (Real, Spain, 1990), Oleg Shatov (Anji, 1990).

Forwards: Maksim Kanunnikov (Amkar, 1991), Aleksander Kokorin (Dynamo, 1991), Fedor Smolov (Anji, 1990), Pavel Yakovlev (Spartak M, 1991).

At group stage of the Euro the Russian U-21 National Team will play 3 games: June 6 - vs Spain (Jerusalem, Teddy Stadium, 20.00, Moscow time), June 9 – vs Holland (Jerusalem, Teddy Stadium, 20.00), June 12 – vs Germany (Netanya, Netanya Stadium, 20.00).
