An ordinary meeting of EPFL Board of Directors took place in Swiss Nyon, as well as UEFA Strategic Council meeting for professional football, in which Russian Football Premier League President Sergey Pryadkin took place. Mr.Pryadkin is a EPFL Board of Directors member.

There were professional football development matters for discussion on the agenda:

- dates for FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar: report on the first meeting of the FIFA Task Force Group, which included EPFL representatives. FIFA representatives proposed the following alternative dates for FIFA World Cup 2022: January-February and November - December;

- international transfer system reforming: fight against third parties involved into the process of players transfer;

- social dialog: report on the recent changes and preparation for the joined seminar of UEFA, EPFL, EAC, FIFPro related to the National dispute resolution Chambers, related to the arguments settling and disciplinary proceedings:

- organizational matters related to the new members of the EPFL - Premier Leagues of Israel and Romania.
