Administration of the Russian Football Premier League as well as our famous veterans – Olympic Champion, four times USSR Champion and twice Cup of the USSR holder Alexey Paramonov and President of the Russian Football Veterans, Deputy Chairman Committee on the FUR Personal Allowances, FUR Technical Committee Member Alexander Mirzoyan, had a press-conference dedicated to the 70-Anniversary of our Great Victory and the proud history of the Russian Football.

Opening the press-conference, Executive Director of the Premier League Sergey Cheban told to the audience that all RFPL events held this year will be dedicated to the 70-Anniversary of the Great Victory.

«Our nation hold the sacred memory of the heroes, who gave their lives for peace and wellbeing of the future generations. In addition to the glorious victories on the war and labour theaters of operations  we do not forget about famous sports veterans. This year we shall celebrate anniversary of the USSR National Team win  against team of FRG – World Champions of 1954. We must do everything in order our children remembered their history. There is no future without keeping your history”.

Alexey Paramonov enjoyed recollecting his youth, interesting details of international and domestic matches, his team-mates in the National team and Spartak Moscow. The media present were excited to hear on the details of winning matches, which had created the history of the Russian football during difficult post-war years.

The veterans also spoke about the current Championship. Alexey Paramonov complained about poor attendance and applied to the media to make more efforts related to the popularization of the Russian football, its history and heroes.

In the second part of the press-conference top administration of the Premier League replied the questions related to the current tournament and the latest MD.

RFPL Executive Director Sergey Cheban replied in detail the questions regarding sports infrastructure condition of the Premier League clubs and stadia.

RFPL Security Director Alexander Meytin gave detailed comments on planned amendments into the order of match attendance tickets purchase process using ID and summarized the work with supporters in the MD 18 of the Championship. RFPL PR and Communication  Sergey Alexeev told about social responsibility events which the RFPL clubs had in the previous MD matches, as well as informed on the plans for the spring part of the Championship.
