Russians Started Youth European Championship with a Draw

In the kick-off match of UEFA European U-17 Championship Youth National Team of Russia played against Greeks in a draw – 2:2.

Russia was behind Greece twice during the game, but due to the efforts of Pletnev and Denisov the team managed to avoid defeat.

On 10 May Russian team will be playing against France and on 13 May against Scotland. We would like to remind that two teams from the group qualify to the next stage of the competition.
