Rostov - the Ban on New Players Registration Lifted

On 17 July the FUR Dispute Resolution Chamber and FUR Appeal Committee on licensing issues had a meeting, which took a decision to cancel all sports sanctions used for FC Rostov including a ban on new players registration and on the 18 players in  players list limitation for the FUR competitions in season 2015-2016.
