In the Russian Football Championship MD 7 match in Samara Mordovia hosted Rubin and won 2:1.

Dalibor Stevanovic scored the opener for Mordovia by converting kick from 11-meter mark in the 37th minute of the match. Ruslan Mukhametshin scored another goal in the 49th minute. By means of Igor Portnyagin efforts in the 61st minute Rubin managed to play back one goal, but the players of Rinat Bilyaletdinov did not manage to do more.

It was the first win for Mordovia in the current season.
