National Team of Russian Squad Announced

Coaches of the National Team of Russia headed by Leonid Slutskiy announced list of players invited to the National Team for the training camp before friendly matches against Portugal and Croatia.

25 players are in the list, as the FUR website informs.

Goalkeepers: Igor Akinfeev (CSKA Moscow), Yury Lodygin (Zenit St.Petersburg), Artem Rebrov (Spartak Moscow), Sergey Ryzhikov (Rubin Kazan).

Defenders: Alexey Berezutskiy, Victor Vasin, Sergey Ignashevich (all – CSKA Moscow), Yury Zhirkov (Dynamo Moscow), Dmitry Kombarov (Spartak Moscow), Oleg Kuzmin (Rubin Kazan), Andrey Semenov (Terek Grozny), Igor Smolnikov (Zenit St.Petersburg).

Midfields: Denis Glushakov, Roman Shirokov (both – Spartak Moscow), Igor Denisov, Alexey Ionov (both – Dynamo Moscow), Alan Dzagoev (CSKA Moscow), Pavel Mamaev (Krasnodar), Alexander Samedov, Dmitry Tarasov (all - Lokomotiv), Oleg Shatov (Zenit St.Petersburg), Denis Cheryshev (Real Madrid, Spain).

Forwards: Artem Dzyuba (Zenit St.Petersburg), Alexander Kokorin (Dynamo Moscow), Fedor Smolov (Krasnodar).

The team will start their training camp on 10 November.
