Chasing the Leader

On 27-30 November matches of ROSGOSSTRAKH Russian Football Championship MD 17 will be held. The competition is becoming more and more tough with every played match and PFC CSKA which is leading the tournament feels its chasers behind more and more clearly, because the gap between it and the next chaser is already five points.

For the leader another MD should become an uneasy challenge. The team of Leonid Slutskiy does not have success in recent matches, besides the key players are injured. Eremenko will not be able to help the team, Schennikov also has problems with his health, as well as V.Berezutskiy and Ignashevich.

Rostov occupies the second position and it will be playing an away match against Krasnodar. This match will be a hard challenge for the team of Kurban Berdyev. Krasnodar team also has serious tasks, so the team of Oleg Kononov will also be aimed at winning.

Lokomotiv occupies the third position and will be playing derby against Dynamo. Lokomotiv played unsuccessfully two recent matches in the Championship and UEFA Europa League, so the team of Igor Cherevchenko needs to improve the situatio.
