In the first leg match of UEFA Champions League Round of 16 Zenit from St.Petersburg played against Benfica in Portugal.

The match ended with win of the Portuguese club – 1:0, the goal was scored during extra time to the second half.

The return leg match will be played on 9 March in St.Petersburg.
