News On 15-16 May ROSGOSSTRAKH Russian Football Championship MD 29 matches will be held. In theory the gold medals winners probably will already be known on Monday, as well as the losers of the tournament. But some criteria should be fulfilled for that.

But the team of Leonid Slutskiy has a lot of reasons in their favour – the team does not concede a lot, and had only one failure at home. In general, a real feast is waiting for all those who love football – none is going to give up easily.
The main competitor of PFC CSKA – Rostov is playing against Ural at home. The team of Kurban Berdyev needs to gain points for two reasons. The first one – there are still chances to get ahead of PFC CSKA in the Champions race, and the second one – Zenit is only two points behind and it is planning to get a place in UEFA Champions League for the next season. We shall know on 16 May in the evening, whether the club from the Don river banks manage to do that.
Zenit, which still has chances to become Champion or Runner-up, is hosting Lokomotiv which has serious problems in the defense line. The team of Andre Villas-Boas is 4 points behind the first place and 2 points behind the second one, and Krasnodar is only two points behind Zenit. So Krasnodar actually arranged for itself the place among the top four on the result of the season. Lokomotiv which lost its position among the top five hopes at least to get ahead of Spartak, but they have to gain at least one point more than their opponents. If all criteria are equal the team of Dmitry Alenichev will be ahead for the reason of the matches between the teams in question.
After failures of Lokomotiv and own wins Spartak reached UEFA Europa League zone and is not going to let anybody else there. Dmitry Alenichev team calendar is not so difficult, so they have good chances to keep the 5th line. However, Spartak is going to play a home match against Terek, which is only three points behind the Red-Whites and also can compete for the European Cups. In case of equality of points the club from Grozny will not be able to get ahead of the Moscowites due to the lesser number of wins.
From the tournament competition viewpoint a very important match will take place in Samara, where Krylia Sovetov are hosting Rubin. The teams occupy the 9th and 10th positions in the tournament table, and if the situation is in their favour they will be able to compete even for the 8th position.
A very interesting competition is also expected among the teams from the bottom part of the table. Amkar from the 11th position is hosting Ufa, which is only one point away from the relegation zone. The home team has not avoided play-off matches yet, so the team of Gadzhi Gadzhiev needs points. In case of failure in Perm Ufa can find itself in the direct relegation zone. So the intrigue of the upcoming match is quite intricately woven.
An essential match for Kuban and Dynamo will be held in Krasnodar. The home team needs win, but draw can be enough for the Moscowites Dynamo has gained only one point over the recent seven matches, and scored only three goals. Dynamo is the only team which has never left the top division and failure in Krasnodar can become a sentence. Because the club from Moscow has a very uneasy match against Zenit on the last MD. As for Kuban, the team will be ahead of Dynamo in case of win and its chances to avoid relegation will increase.
One more important for the final distribution of places will be held in Kaspiisk. Anji will be hosting Mordovia. Winning of one of the teams will increase considerably chances to keep place in the Premier League. Draw will be at the advantage of the competitors.
