Alan Dzagoev will not Play at EURO-2016

An amendment occurred in the players’ list of the Russian National team that on 24 May will start the preparation to the UEFA EURO-2016. Due to an injury Alan Dzagoev will be replaced by FC Krasnodar midfielder Dmitri Torbinski.

According to the Russian National team doctor Eduard Bezuglov, Dzagoev got an injury in the match of the 30th round of the Russian Premier League Championship against FC Rubin. Today the player has undergone the medical examination which confirmed the fracture of the second instep bone. The injury does not let Dzagov take part in the UEFA EURO-2016. The tactics of the player’s rehabilitation will be defined by PFC CSKA (Moscow), as the FUR website informs
