Andrey Budogosskiy appointed as Head of Refereeing and Referee-Observers’ Department of the Football Union of Russia

The Football Union of Russia informed that Andrey Budogosskiy appointed as the Head of Refereeing and Referee-Observers’ Department of the Football Union of Russia. Therefore, Alexey Nikolaev will be acting as Deputy Head of Refereing and Referee-Observers’ Department.
