Stanislav Cherchesov announced players’ list for the matches against Qatar and Romania

The coaching staff of the Russian National team headed by Stanislav Cherchesov announced the list of players who will be called for the preparation to the friendly matches against Qatar  (10 November, Doha, 19.00) and Romania (15 November, Grozny, 19.00).

The main list includes 24 players.

Goalkeepers: Igor Akinfeev (PFC CSKA Moscow), Soslan Dzhanaev (FC Rostov, Rostov-on-Don), Stanislav Kritsyuk (FC Krasnodar).

Defenders: Vasily Berezutsky (CSKA Moscow), Victor Vasin (FC Ufa), Ivan Novoseltsev (FC Zenit, Saint-Petersburg), Fedor Kudryashov (FC Rostov, Rostov-on-Don), Ilya Kutepov (FC Spartak, Moscow), Andrey Semenov (FC Terek, Grozny), Roman Shishkin (FC Lokomotiv, Moscow).

Midfielders: Yury Gazinsky (FC Krasnodar), Alexander Erokhin (FC Rostov, Rostov-on-Don), Denis Glushakov, Roman Zobnin, Dmitry Kombarov (all - FC Spartak, Moscow), Alexander Golovin (PFC CSKA, Moscow), Magomed Ozdoev (FC Rubin, Kazan), Alexey Miranchuk, Alexander Samedov (both – FC Lokomotiv, Moscow), Yury Zhirkov, Pavel Mogilevets (FC Zenit, Saint-Petersburg).

Forwards: Alexander Kokorin (FC Zenit, Saint-Petersburg), Maxim Kanunnikov (FC Rubin, Kazan), Dmitry Poloz (FC Rostov, Rostov-on-Don).

Two more players will be invited to join the training camp of the team ahead to the matches – defender Georgy Dzhikiya (FC Amkar, Perm) and Mario Fernandes  (PFC CSKA, Moscow).

Please be aware that the above players’ list might be subject to some amendments.

Stanislav Cherchesov’s charges will start the preparation to the friendly matches on 7 November  in Doha, as the FUR website informs.
