National team of Russia was not able to beat Cote d'Ivoire

On Friday, 24 March, National team of Russia played an international friendly match against Cote d'Ivoire at FC Krasnodar stadium.

FC Krasnodar arranged Gentlefan activities for all Ivoirian supporters. Famous football player and 2018 FIFA World Cup ambassador Alexey Smertin helped to arrange a warm welcome for all visitors from Cote d'Ivoire. Popular actor Danila Kozlovskiy was introduced in his new position as 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia ambassador at this match.

The visiting team scored the opener already in the first half, when Kodjia made a well-placed shot to the goal of Akinfeev. The secon goal was scored by Wilfried Zaha. Our team did not manage to score.
