FIFA Confederations Cup - for the first time in Russia

On Saturday, 17 June, the eighth edition of international football tournament for national teams kicked-off in Russia – FIFA Confederations Cup 2017.

The participating teams are: Russia, Germany, Australia, Chile, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal and Cameroon. Chile, Portugal and the host team Russia play FIFA Confederations Cup for the first time, and the current title holder – Brazil – missed this tournament.

The matches are held at the stadia which will be venues for FIFA World Cup 2018 later: Spartak (Moscow), St.Petersburg Arena (St.Petersburg), Kazan Arena (Kazan), Fisht (Sochi).
