«Olimp Super Cup of Russia match generates a lot of interest»

Two capital clubs – Spartak (Champion of Russia) and Lokomotiv (Cup of Russia holder) are going to play for Olimp Super Cup of Russia on 14 July at 21:30 at Lokomotiv Stadium in Moscow.

Referring to the high interest generated among supporters, RFPL Commercial Director Pavel Suvorov explained the ticketing programme.

 «Olimp Super Cup of Russia 2017 match generates high interest among supporters and it is not surprising, because a lot of interesting facts are combined in it: kick-off of the football season, prestigious trophy, Moscow derby and expectations of fans,” mentioned Pavel Suvorov. “About 40% of tickets were given to the clubs for distribution, and the clubs want to encourage their most fervent supporters – holders of season tickets and club fan cards. The remaining part of the tickets will be sold via RFPL ticketing partner - Concrert.ru via their own network.

When ticket sale was launched in official booking offices of Concert.ru the quota was purchased in full within one hour, after which we took a decision to regulate the process quite strictly: every day a limited number of tickets will be offered for sale, and it is possible to buy only one ticket per person. This is done to avoid problems with black market. On the matchday we are planning to sell the remaining tickets via Lokomotiv Stadium ticketing offices. The information on ticket sales will be updated on RFPL  and  Concert.ru official websites.

The ticketing demand is higher than capacity of Lokomotiv Stadium, so we would like to apologize in advance to those who would not be able to get to the stadium.
