Spartak wins Olimp Super Cup of Russia 2017

Spartak beat Lokomotiv 2:1 in Olimp Super Cup of Russia 2017 match which took place on 14 July at Lokomotiv Stadium in Moscow.

For all 90 minutes of full time both teams managed to keep their goals clean. Forward of the red-whites Luiz Adriano scored the opener in the 101st minute. Quincy Promes scored again in the 113th minute. Due to a well placed shot by Manuel Fernandes in the 116th minute Lokomotiv managed to play one goal back, but the Railwaymen did not have enough time to do anything else.

Spartak became the holder of Olimp Super Cup of Russia 2017 after winning this trophy for the first time in its history. Congratulations!
