PFC CSKA is to play the first leg match against Young Boys

print version

On Tuesday, 15 August, the first leg match of UEFA Champions League play-off between Swiss Young Boys and PFC CSKA will take place in Switzerland. Match TV will start the broadcast at 21:45 (Moscow time).

The team of Victor Gancharenko is to play at Stade de Suiss Stadium. The Swiss team won the previous two matches against Russian clubs (Anji and Zenit) at home and lost away twice. Young Boys haven’t played against PFC CSKA in UEFa tournaments before.

The club from Moscow has not had any failures in decisive rounds of European Cups qualification and we hope that matches against Young Boys won’t become exception.

The game will be officiated by the Spanish referees’ team headed by David Fernandez Borbalan as the referee. Assistant referees are Roberto Alonso and Diego Barbero Sevilla. Additional assistant referees are Javier Estrada and Juan Martinez Munuera. The fourth official is  Juan Yuste.

The latest information on the team squads can be found at official UEFA website.

The return leg match will be played at Arena CSKA on 23 August. Tickets can be purchased here Продажа билетов.
