Spartak beat Zenit

In ROSGOSSTRAKH Russian Football Championship MD 18 central match in Moscow Spartak hosted Zenit. The game ended with win of the home team 3:1.

The match of the opponents of principle attracted great interest and gathered 41141 spectators at Otkrytie Arena. The first kick was made by the red-white supporter Petr, who had suffered blood-stroke and was undergoing an uneasy recovering.

Moscow club midfield Alexander Samedov took the lead for his team in the 19^th minute. Luiz Adriano supported the advantage of Spartak in the 30^th minute. But five minutes later Criscito played one goal back. But Mario Pasalic fixed the final score during extra time.

So Zenit did not manage to shorten the gap of 6 points to Lokomotiv leading the championship, and Spartak moved up to the 4^th line of the tournament table after having gained 31 points.
