Due to the participation of FC Lokomotiv and FC Zenit in UEFA Europa League Round of 16 and according to par.6.4 of ROSGOSSTRAKH Russian Football Championship Regulations:

- MD 22 match FC Ural – FC Lokomotiv moved from 11 March to 12 March 2018 (kick-off time – 17:00);
- MD 22 match FC Rostov – FC Zenit moved from 19:00 to 14:00 11 March 2018.
