Zenit beat Rubin in minority

In Russian Premier League MD 3 wrap-up match in Kazan Rubin played against Zenit. The game ended with win of the team from St.Petersburg.

The first half was spent in the attacks of both teams, but neither managed to open the score.

After the halftime such game was continued, but after Daler Kuzyaev was sent-off in the 71^st minute Zenit remained with 10 players.

In such situation Zenit managed to open the score. Alexander Erokhin scored to Rubin. During remaining time the home team tried to even, but did not succeed.

Due to this win Zenit returned to the first place having gained 9 points.
