Spartak and Zenit play in a draw

The wrap-up match of the Russian Premier League MD 20 in Moscow between Spartak and Zenit ended in a draw 1:1.

Symbolic first kick was made by Merited Master of Sports Vagiz Khiliyatullin, who celebrated his 60-anniversary on 3 March. Russian Premier League President Sergey Pryadkin handed to Khidiatullin RPL honorary diploma and Spartak CEO Sergey Rodionov – commemorative club jersey with No 60.

The red-whites captain Denis Glushakov scored the opener for his team in the 13^th minute. Zenit equalized due to the well-placed shot by Wilmar Barrios in the 27^th minute of the game.

Zenit has gained 41 points and still leads the RPL tournament table. Spartak has gained 33 points and is on the 5^th position.
