Ufa completed their first winter training camp in underwhelming fashion as they were beaten 1-0 by Slask Wroclaw on Saturday. A deflected goal from Dino Stiglec six minutes after half time was enough to consign the Russian Premier League side to another defeat.
In fact, Sochi are the only other RPL side - apart from Spartak Moscow, who haven’t played a warmup match yet - to have still not scored during winter training matches. The Ekstraklasa side are three weeks ahead of Ufa in their preparations so were expected to be fresher.
Ufa return to Cyprus for their second training camp on Thursday 30 January.
