RFU Executive Committee adopts regulations on RPL restart and approves five substitutions

The latest meeting of the Russian Football Union Executive Committee was held via video link on 9 June.

Regulations for the resumption of the championship and the fixture list for the rest of the RPL season were adopted.

Also, in accordance with the IFAB temporary amendment, the RFU Executive Committee made a change to the rules allowing for five substitutions during a match. Per the new rule, coaches will have a maximum of three opportunities to make the five substitutions.

At the meeting of the Executive Committee, the results were confirmed for the 2019/20 Youth Championship, which will see no further fixtures played. It was won by Dynamo Moscow. CSKA finished at the second position, Lokomotiv took the third place.
