The RPL's task force has explained why FC Rostov had the right to include Khoren Bayramyan in their matchday squad against Arsenal Tula.
Bayramyan’s first test returned a positive result on 12 June. After that, the club informed the regional Rospotrebnadzor, the player was isolated, and dynamic monitoring was organised for him.
Throughout this time the player's condition was assessed by doctors as being satisfactory. Over the next 10 days from the date of detection of the coronavirus infection he passed several negative tests, the last of which was a day before the game against Arsenal Tula.
Strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Rospotrebnadzor, after a 14-day quarantine the player resumed training and was included in the matchday squad against Arsenal.
